Ed Baldrige, Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), has more than 40 years of professional investment experience in a broad range of financial markets. Ed founded Baldrige Asset Management in 1999 to provide independent, objective advice for clients. After graduating from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Economics, Ed's career in the financial markets began as a trader and analyst at the Chicago Board of Trade and later at the New York Mercantile Exchange (CME). From 2008-2020 he taught Portfolio Finance and ESG Investing at Muhlenberg College. Ed is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He currently serves as Treasurer of the Sustainable Food Alliance / Trust, a UK based organization engaged in sustainable food systems. He is also a board member of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, a global leader in raptor conservation. Ed is married and has three children. He enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and traveling, as well as working with clients.
Michael A. Insogna, CFP®
Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, & Wealth Manager
Mike Insogna, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), joined Baldrige Asset Management in 2020 and has been focused on driving strategic operations, compliance, and helping clients with their wealth management needs. Mike holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a dual major in Finance and Strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a Senior Manager at Accenture Consulting, a Global Director for Procurement Strategy at Axalta, and held several business and technical roles at Air Products. He holds a Series 65 license (NASAA Investment Adviser) and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant. He received his undergraduate degree in 1996 from the University of Scranton in Electrical Engineering. Mike currently lives in Philadelphia and is married with two children. He volunteers as a basketball and softball coach and enjoys skiing, golfing, hiking, and playing music in his spare time.
Diana Lormand, FPQP™
Director of Client Services
Diana Lormand, Director of Client Services, joined Baldrige Asset Management in 2015. Diana earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation in 2016 and is responsible for client services and office systems. She is committed to delivering a highly satisfactory client experience, overseeing client operations from start to finish. A graduate of Messiah College in 2006 with a degree in Art History and a minor in Business Administration, her career spans 15 years of administrative experience, sales, legal assistance, and non-profit work. Diana also spent years working with children in a variety of settings, most memorably in an emergency children’s shelter. She volunteers her time teaching a comprehensive health program to middle schoolers throughout the school year and mentors a middle school student one on one. Diana has been married for ten years and has one daughter. Her favorite activities include traveling and practicing yoga, as well as spending time outdoors canoeing, kayaking, and hiking with her family and two rescue dogs.
Tracy Kessinger, FPQP™
Client Service Associate
Tracy Kessinger, Client Service Associate, joined Baldrige Asset Management in 2022 and earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation soon after. Her responsibilities include managing client inquiries, scheduling and preparing documents for meetings, as well as office management. Tracy’s prior 15 years’ experience was in high volume and value retail management, most recently as a branch manager for a well-known luxury retail brand. Working in a fast-paced luxury retail landscape afforded Tracy the ability to multitask while remaining customer focused meeting each customer’s unique needs. She enjoys working alongside her colleagues to provide a positive customer experience and ensuring that the clients' wealth management needs are met. In Tracy’s spare time she can be found working on renovations to her home, caring for her animals (including two swans and fainting goats!), as well as spending time with her family.
